Below are some of the most frequently asked questions we receive relating to Airsoft events.

How much does it cost?

The £25 site fee includes :-

Entrance to site.

Coveralls (if required) – You are welcome to use your own if you wish.

Goggles (if required) – You may use your own goggles but they must be of paintball standard (Insuance requirement).

Hot lunch.

Tea, Coffee throughout the event.

BB's – £8 per bag of 3700 (Typically one bag lasts an average player all day)

Guns can be hired if you do not have your own - £10

We only have a limited number of guns available for hire.

Therefore to reserve a gun we must have received the hire fee in advance.

Guns reserved by e-mail / telephone requests will be held for 4 days to allow hire fees to be sent in.

If the hire fee is not received then they will become “available” for anyone again.

Are there any discounts or special offers?

Currently there are no special offers running for Airsoft events.

Does it hurt?

The honest answer is yes, at times it can – it depends upon where you are hit and from what range.

If you get shot at close range then it will probably hurt a bit - it is possible for Airsoft BB's to leave small bruises although this is quite rare!!!

If you have any experience of playing paintball then Airsoft is nowwhere near as painfull !!!!

For 90% of the time the "hits" are quite light and feel like somethings tapping you.

Occasionally it's possible to get shot and you don't even know it's happened.

Where is the site?

Our site is located about 20 miles south east of Sheffield city centre near the village of Budby in Sherwood forest. (30-35 minutes drive from city centre).

How many players do you need?

We run scheduled events every month and any number of players can join one of these events.

If you wish to play on another date then we need a minimum of 20 players.

How old do you need to be to play?

We have a minimum age limit of 13.

How long do you play for?

Airsoft events normally start at 09:00 and run on as long as the customers want to play (daylight permitting).
