Ticket Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Non-Refundable Tickets

       All tickets purchased for events operated by Ambush Airsoft (AAUK) LTD are strictly non-refundable.​

• Failure to Attend

       No refund, credit, or compensation shall be issued to any attendee who fails to attend an event for any reason whatsoever.             This includes, but is not limited to, adverse weather conditions where the event proceeds as scheduled, including rain, wind,         low temperatures, or similar conditions.

• Event Cancellation by the Organiser

       Ambush Airsoft (AAUK) LTD reserves the right to cancel any event where deemed necessary. Any decision to cancel will             be made as far in advance as reasonably practicable; however, cancellations may occur at short notice where extreme                     weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances have caused damage to the site or rendered the event unsafe or                     impracticable to operate.

       In the event of cancellation by Ambush Airsoft (AAUK) LTD, attendees shall be offered either:

       

       a full refund of the ticket price paid; or

     

       the option to transfer their booking to an alternative available event date.

 

• Incorrect Event Booking

       Booking a ticket for the incorrect event or venue shall not constitute grounds for a refund. At the sole discretion of Ambush           Airsoft (AAUK) LTD, a transfer to an alternative event date or venue may be offered where reasonably practicable.

 

• Partial Attendance and Removal from Site

       No refund or partial refund shall be provided to any attendee who:

       elects not to participate for the full duration of the event; or

       is removed from the site due to breach of event rules, unsafe conduct, non-compliance with staff instructions, or any                     violation of applicable site policies or safety requirements.
